STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE ADMISSION FORM FOR BALVATIKA-1 (NURSERY) AND BALVATIKA-2 (LKG)

KINDLY TAKE A PRINT-OUT AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION AND SUBMIT THE SAME ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CASH OF Rs. 100/- AT SCHOOL RECEPTION BY 19 JAN 2024

BEFORE STARTING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE WITH YOU:-

  • SOFT COPY OF THE CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • SOFT COPY OF THE PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CHILD
  • SOFT COPIES (BOTH THE SIDES) OF AADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD (IF NOT AVAILABLE, THEN THE ENROLMENT SLIP)
  • SOFT COPIES (BOTH THE SIDES) OF AADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD'S MOTHER AND FATHER
  • AADHAAR NUMBER OF CHILD (IF NOT AVAILABLE, THEN, THE ENROLMENT NUMBER)
  • AADHAAR NUMBER OF BOTH PARENTS

 


Step 1

 

Click on the box next to child’s photo and upload the photo.

 

Step 2

 

Click on the box next to Child's birth certificate and upload the soft copy of the birth certificate.

 

Step 3

 

Fill the name and date of birth of the child. The name and date of birth should be the same as mentioned on the birth certificate and Aadhaar card.

 

Fill the Aadhaar number of the child. In case Aadhaar number is not available then Aadhaar enrolment number is to be given.

 

Click on the box next to Aadhaar and upload the soft copy of Aadhaar Card of the child. If Aadhaar Card of the child is not available, then, the soft copy of Enrolment Slip is to be uploaded.

 

Choose the applicant's category and sex from the drop down menu.

 

Step 4

 

Fill the name of father and mother of the child. Name of father and mother should be the same on both the child’s birth certificate and the Aadhaar card of father/mother.

 

Upload the soft copies of Aadhaar Cards of parents of the child.

 

Fill the other details of the parents. Annual income is required to be given in the space provided. In case of ‘Nil’ income of either parent, figure 0 is to be entered.

 

Step 5

 

Fill the contact details. Please ensure that the mobile no given for SMS is not registered for ‘Do not Disturb’ DND with the service provider as the school will not be able to send the SMS on such numbers. All the information regarding admission will be sent by the school through SMS only.

 

Step 6

 

Select the category you wish to apply under from the drop down menu

 

  • Defence category – Select Serving Defence / Paramilitary or Ex serviceman as applicable otherwise select ‘No’.
  • Alumni Category – If father or mother is an ex student of Golaya Progressive Public School, select the appropriate category otherwise select ‘No’. For parents to be considered Alumni, they should have completed class XII from this school ( class X for students before the Academic Session 2000-01)
  • Sibling Category – If real brother/sister is studying in Golaya Progressive Public school, select ‘Yes’ otherwise select ‘No’. If yes is selected then another window will appear for entering the sibling details.

 

Step 7

 

Fill the address.

 

Step 8

 

Cross check all the details filled till now and thereafter Submit the form by clicking the ‘Submit Application’ Button.

 

On successful submission a unique ID will be generated, note down the unique ID.

 

In case of any discrepancy in the points as shown on the form and as calculated by you, please notify the school at the time of submitting the application.

 

Please submit the printed form along with the required documents at the school reception by 19 Jan 2024 along with Rs. 100/- only (Registration charges: Rs 50/- + Scrutiny Charges: Rs. 50/-)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

AS PER NEW EDUCATION POLICY ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT, PRE-SCHOOL WILL BE OF THREE YEARS AND THE STUDENT WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE 06 YEARS OF AGE AS ON 01 APR OF THE YEAR IN WHICH HE/SHE IS SEEKING ADMISSION TO CLASS IST. ACCORDINGLY, STUDENTS BEING ADMITTED THIS YEAR WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THREE CLASSES HENCEFORTH TO KNOWN BALVATIKA-1, BALVATIKA-2 AND BALVATIKA-3  BEFORE BECOMING ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS IST.

 

 

REGISTRATION FORM FOR ADMISSION TO BALVATIKA-1 AND BALVATIKA-2 WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE www.golayaschool.org . PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO FILL THE FORM ONLINE AS PER INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN AND TAKE A PRINT OUT OF THE FILLED REGISTRATION FORM.

FILLED FORM ALONG WITH THE PHOTOSTAT OF THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL RECEPTION FOR SCRUTINY BY 19 JAN 2024.

In case of a tie in the number of points the priority will be given as follows:

Ist Priority - Candidates having siblings in GPPS

IInd Priority - Wards of Defence personnel / Paramilitary personnel

IIIrd Priority - Candidates whose parents are Alumni of GPPS

In case there is still a tie between candidates then priority will be on the basis of Registration number allotted at the time of submission of Registration Form.

B) PHOTOCOPY OF HEALTH CARD OF THE CHILD WITH DETAILS OF VACCINATION AND BLOOD GROUP

C) IF THE CHILD BELONGS TO SC/ST/OBC CATEGORY, PHOTOCOPY OF RELEVANT CERTIFICATE TO BE PROVIDED

D) COPY OF AADHAR CARD OF CHILD

E) COPY OF AADHAR CARD OF BOTH PARENTS

F) PROOF OF RESIDENCE (Any one of the following)

  • Ration card issued in the name of father (having name of the child.)
  • Passport of father / child.
  • Domicile certificate of child or his / her father.
  • Voter Identity Card / EPIC of father.
  • Electricity Bill / BSNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Gas connection in the name of father.

G) PHOTOCOPY OF SCHOOL I-CARD OF SIBLING (IF APPLYING FOR SIBLING CATEGORY)

H) PHOTOCOPY OF CLASS X / XII CERTIFICATE OF PARENTS IN CASE APPLYING UNDER ALUMNI CATEGORY

I) FOR DEFENCE CATEGORY IN CASE OF SERVING PERSONNEL I-CARD TO BE SHOWN AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. FOR RETIRED PERSONNEL COPY OF PPO TO BE ATTATCHED.

J) REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENT VERIFICATION FEE OF RS 100/- IS TO BE PAID AT THE SCHOOL RECEPTION AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE FORM.

 

BREAKDOWN OF FEES PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION OF SELECTED CANDIDATE IS AS UNDER :-

 

 A) ADMISSION FEE : Rs. 10000/-

B) SECURITY DEPOSIT : Rs. 5000/- (REFUNDABLE)

C) FEE FOR THREE MONTHS : Rs. 9000/- (Apr to Jun)

D) DIARY AND I-CARD : Rs. 170/-

 

BALANCE FEE PAYABLE

 

Further Quarterly fees of Rs. 9000/- (per Quarter) is payable online through the link provided on the school website in advance by 10th of the month at the beginning of each Quarter as under :-

  • I-CARD AND DIARY CHARGES: Rs 170/-
  • MONTHLY/QUARTERLY FEE FOR ACADEMIC SESSION WILL BE PROMULGATED POST RECEIPT OF GOVERNMENT ORDERS ON FEE REVISION AND WILL BE COLLECTED SUBSEQUENTLY
